Our unique sharps disposal product renders sharps unusable and safe for regular trash disposal.* Simply fill your Isolyser/SMS container with sharps (needles, blades, endo files, empty carpules and any other potential sharps). When it’s full, add the ‘catalyst’ packs to the container, causing the liquid to heat and convert into solid plastic polymer. Once solidified, the sharps are treated and encapsulated, rendered non-biohazardous, unrecognizable, and unusable; safe for disposal in the regular trash. It’s that easy!

Disposal of activated Isolyser/SMS containers as “regular” office trash is allowed in the following States: AK, AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MO, MS, MT, NE, NM, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY.

Fill
Fill the container with needles, endo files, broken carpules, scalpel blades, etc.
Activate
Once full, add proprietary A & B catalyst packets to the patented, odor-free liquid plastic monomer inside each container. Let solidify. After curing, the liquid monomer solidifies into a polymeric matrix. The contents are encapsulated, rendering them unrecognizable and unusable.
Trash
Following encapsulation, dispose of solidified containers in your regular trash. Sharps Disposal Made Easy!
